Yet Another Controversy

A New Jersey man cries foul after a media company working out of the Obama Chicago field office wipes out he’s bank account. A case filed with the Department of Justice by State Senator Christopher Connors, Assemblymen Brian Rumf and Daniel Van Pelt of the 9th district on behalf of the New Jersey resident alleges that after making a contribution to the Mccain/Palin campaign his credit/debit card was used by a small media company working at the 223 Michigan Ave, Chicago Obama field office. The media company used the credit card info to send next day UPS letters to Obama supporters in several states and that the letters are believed to contain credit card information that was later used to donate to the Obama campaign, the owner of the media company had set up two UPS internet accounts using Yahoo email address, one set up in January 2008 before the primary and the other in September 2008 before the election. The case was transferred to Attorney General Jack Conway’s office in Louisville Kentucky, the hometown of the alleged perpetrator but the case was rejected stating that the documents sent by the New Jersey Attorney General’s office was incomplete. The victim of the crime contacted the office of Kentucky State Senator Dan Seum to ask for help to re-file the case but was told that Attorney General Jack Conway was a democrat and it would be next to impossible to have the case accept in Louisville and that he would have to find another way to have the case heard such as the FBI. The victim has sent a copy of the case to the FBI’s field office in Red bank, New Jersey along with all supporting evidence but as of yet has not received a response.

Senator Mccain’s office received a copy back in Nov. of 2008 and his only response was to forward a copy to Campaign Solutions owned by Rebecca Donatelli, the media company responsible for collecting funds for the Mccain campaign. Campaign Solutions partnered with Mike Connell’s New Media Communications forming the Connell Donatelli group back in 2004 before Mike Connell was named as the key figure in the investigation of the 2004 Bush/Cheney Ohio voter fraud controversy along with Karl Rove. The attorney for Campaign Solutions has contacted the victim and was told that there was no way the information could have leak from their office and that Rebecca Donatelli was a pro-republican media company. Since the time of the complaint the RNC has told the victim that they no longer use Campaign solutions as a media consultant and their web site has been change to no longer show any Republican clients. After several attempts by the victim to contact Senator Mccain for an answer on how something like this could have happen and what can be done to prevent this from future campaigns, as of yet has received no response.
